| 124.2 WOW a big .2 loss. I'm sure it's water weight. I have been doing better about eating the last couple days. I have been eating lots of salad with grilled chicken for protein. I worked out today and it felt so good. It made me realize how important working out is both mentally and physically. I haven't had to work much this week cause I've been sick. I've been watching "The Girls Next Door." I love that show. It is great motivation and thinspo. Kendra has a hot body. She has an awesome athletic build. Anyway I'm going to spend some time with my honey. Love ya!! | | |
| Not much going on. I ate okay today. I've had a horrible cold for the past 4 days so I don't feel like working out. I've been kinda dizzy too I can't tell if it's from being sick or anxiety related. I will probably weigh in tomorrow. I'm going to go ly down I feel yucky. Thanks for all the support. Love ya!! | | |
| 124.4 GROSSS!!! My face looks so bloated and my thighs are huge!! I never thought I would let myself go and reach this weight again. I'm so mad at myself. I haven't been eating much but when I do eat it's not healthy food. Today I ate 1 piece of chocolate cake at a birthday party and I had a salad with dressing on the side for dinner. I have been too lazy the past 2 weeks to workout and I am pretty sure that's why I'm gaining. This week I need to get my butt in gear. Workout 4 times a week and eat right. Sounds easlier said than done. | | |
| I have not been on here forever!!! I can tell a lot of people have left My life has really changed since I was last on here. I now live in an apartment. Which is great but it also seems I don't watch what I eat as closely anymore. I haven't weighed myself today but I guessing it's about 120. I would really love to get down to 110 for my best friends wedding June 2nd and ofcourse SUMMER!! I need motivation. Here's to a second chance at reaching my goals the healthy way!! For some reason I'm not very excited I think it's cause I know it's all water weight. I don't look any thinner my clothes aren't loser. I have a break from dance so I am going back to Jazzercise atleast 3-4 times a week. I love the way it makes me feel and my body look. I had to cheer/dance sat. night in 100 degree weather!!! I was there for 5 hours. We also wore are go go type boots and those killed my feet and thighes. Whomever said being a cheerleader/dancer is glamerous think again. I've kinda been watching my intake. I have tried to stop eating after 9 or 10pm. It's just really hard when I have dance practice till 9:00 and I don't have time to eat before practice so after I'm starving. I've been getting McDonalds Asian grilled chicken salad and it's really good. I only use a little almonds and a little dressing so it's slightly over 200cals. Not bad at all. My period is coming this week and I have so much to do and I've been in a real bitchy mood. Not good since the boyfriend and I are moving in together Friday. I've just been real snappy not meaning to at all. Well I'm starving I'm going to go see what I have. Love ya | | |
